Zero Empty Spaces Arrives at Gulfstream Park Village

Zero Empty Spaces (ZES), an affordable artist studio initiative, is expanding with a new location at Gulfstream Park Village next to Williams-Sonoma in Hallandale Beach. The grand opening celebration of the space will be held on Thursday, August 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event is open to the public and guests will enjoy an evening of art, a live DJ, refreshments and light bites.

Zero Empty Spaces is a rapidly growing affordable artist studio and vacancy management company that creates affordable artist studios in vacant spaces around the country where artists can create and collaborate at an affordable price. Current Florida locations include Sarasota, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Doral, and Hollywood. The concept helps to grow the appreciation of all genres of art and creates a thriving cultural community in the cities surrounding each location. The gallery will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
