OutFit, the innovative mobile fitness service, will host a Ladies Morning Out workout at The City of Plantation’s Central Park on August 13, at 7:15 a.m. Guests will get their hearts pumping during a 50-minute full body workout, while enjoying the fresh morning air. After the class, participants will enjoy healthy snacks and beverages. The class is free and open to the public.
Led by Michelle Correa, the signature full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) Strength Circuit targets strength and conditioning with intense efforts and short rest periods, while utilizing a color training system that keeps individuals challenged. The class includes four training stations—featuring two exercises each—that emphasize mobility, stability, strength, power, core, and cardio movements. All rounds consist of eight sets with duration options of 40 seconds (green), an optional push of 10 seconds (yellow), and either 15 or 25 seconds of rest (white). There is also a 60 second strength boost after the last set at each station.
Members who bring a friend to Ladies Morning Out who signs up for an OutFit membership will be receive an OutFit tank top. The friend will receive 50 percent off their first month subscription.
