OutFit will honor breast cancer warriors during Breast Cancer Awareness month with OutFit Goes Pink events to honor those fighting the disease and their loved ones.

At each workout this month, OutFitters are invited to write the names of individuals close to them whose fight deserves celebration on dedication cards, which will be pinned to the pink TRX Training Suspension Trainers for the duration of that workout.

On October 8, OutFit will host a Think Pink-themed workout with B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale at 8:30 a.m. This workout is free and open to the public. Use the workout code ‘THINKPINK’ to book in the OutFit Training App. Trainers Joe Rosga and David Cooke will put the group through a 60 minute HIIT workout, while Keely Hubbard will lead 30 minutes of yoga on the beach. Please bring a towel or mat for yoga. Participants are also encouraged to wear pink.

After the workouts, head over to OutFit Social on the B Ocean Resort pool deck, featuring a pop-up smoothie bar, healthy treats, a rosé tasting, a DJ, and an artist.

Plantation’s Central Park will set the scene for the next workout, a special session of Ladies’ Morning Out, on October 15, at 7:15 a.m. This month’s pink-themed workout will include 25 minutes of HIIT, followed by 25 minutes of yoga, both led by Michelle Correa. Participants are encouraged to rock as much pink as they can. Use the code LMOOCTOBER to book a spot for free in the OutFit Training App.
