Bonnet House Museum & Gardens in Fort Lauderdale will host a Spring Nourishment for the Soul evening class and concert on March 20, timed with the arrival of the spring equinox. The museum grounds will open at 4:30 p.m., with class sessions following at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.
Guests will immerse themselves in mindful movement, meditation, live sacred music concert, and a candlelight ritual in the veranda. During the event, yoga teacher Lisa Pumper will be guide attendees through gentle yin movements, designed to help you connect with your body, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness. Arranger, composer, and multi-instrumentalist performer Richard Brookens will perform the evening’s music.

Note: Guests should dress comfortably, wear walking shoes, and bring a towel. Chairs will be provided to sit for movements, meditation, and music. If needed, floor yoga mats will also be provided.
