This Halloween, Gulfstream Park Village will host a family-friendly “Not So Spooky” festive celebration. Kids can usher in the holiday early on Saturday, October 30, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with trick-or-treating around Gulfstream Park Village. At 8 p.m., adults can come out to play in the Gulfstream Park Walking Ring with entertainment, food for purchase, prizes, and more.
The children’s trick-or-treat event will offer a ghostly good time for kids of all ages. Families are encouraged to dress in costume and wear masks as they stroll through Gulfstream Park Village to collect candy and sweets from five themed stations along Silks Run, which will be closed to traffic and designated as a pedestrian way.
Decked out in themes like “Nightmare Before Christmas,” “Creepy Circus,” “Zombies,” “Mummies,” and “Voodoo,” each candy station will be complete with music, lights, and special effects, with masked live performers dropping by to add to the fun. Helpers at each station will hand out more than 700 pounds of candy to children from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. From 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., families can participate in a costume contest and games for kids of all ages. Families are advised to arrive early for the festivities.
Those in attendance are also encouraged to enter the “Not So Spooky” Halloween $250 gift card raffle by sharing a photo taken at their favorite themed candy station and tagging @gulfstreamvillage. Alternatively, fans can enter their email address and register to win online here. The deadline to enter is November 5 and the winner will be announced November 15.
At the adult party, guests can enjoy a selection of food trucks and bars with refreshments for purchase, music, and a costume contest with $3,000 in cash up for grabs!
