The Friends of Jack & Jill Center will host its renowned signature event, the 16th Annual MEDNAX Flip Flops on the Docks presented by MOSS, at the newly renovated Lauderdale Yacht Club on Saturday, May 8, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Views of the Intracoastal Waterway and a relaxed tropical vibe will set the scene for the casual soirée, complete with delicious drinks, fabulous food, and live music on the docks at Lauderdale Yacht Club. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on items in live and virtual silent auctions.
All proceeds from Flip Flops on the Docks will provide scholarships to low-income, working families in the community. These scholarships provide children and their families with high quality early childhood education and family intervention and support. Through their programs, Jack & Jill Center aims to break the barriers of social and educational inequity by providing quality education to all children, regardless of income, so that they may reach their greatest potential.
Individual general admission tickets cost $175 and VIP tickets cost $250. Guests will be asked to wear face masks upon arrival and maintain social distance.
