Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida will host the 20th Annual For the Public Good Gala fundraiser on October 6, at Signature Grand in Davie. More than 400 lawyers, judges, and members of the business community are invited to enjoy an evening of networking, cocktails, and seated dinner, kicking off at 6 p.m.
The annual event will honor two prestigious members of the community who have made valuable contributions to Broward’s legal profession: Belinda Keiser, Vice Chancellor of Community Relations and Student Advancement of Keiser University, and Edward Zebersky, Esq., Partner at Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP.
Proceeds from the For the Public Good Gala will enable Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida to continue to provide free civil legal representation, advice, and education to the more than 20,000 children, seniors, veterans, unhoused individuals, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, survivors of domestic violence and other crimes, and unaccompanied immigrant minors in our communities.
