Cooking with The Galleria Live will return with an in-person culinary experience on Saturday, August 28, beginning at 2 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants’ Chef and Senior Area Culinary Operations Manager Stephen Puhr. Proceeds from the event will benefit Heart Gallery of Broward County, a nonprofit organization committed to finding loving families for foster children.
“The Galleria is excited to present this second live, in-person installment of our online series aligned with the upcoming ‘Eat Your Heart Out’ fundraiser to benefit Heart Gallery of Broward County,” said Melissa Milroy, senior marketing manager at The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. “We invite guests to attend this entertaining cooking tutorial and connect with one of the top-notch chefs who make The Galleria an ideal dining and shopping destination.”
A limited audience will take their gourmet cooking skills to the next level as Chef Puhr prepares classic tomato bruschetta, gnocchi carbonara, and Cooper’s Hawk berry crisp. Attendees will then sample this delicious trio while receiving tips on the perfect wine pairings. Tickets are $20 per person and space is limited. Guests may register here.
