Michelle K. Suarez

Michelle Suarez is the founder of Florida Entrepreneur Law, PA, a boutique firm located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, dedicated to serving businesses and entrepreneurs. A Florida native born to Cuban American parents, Suarez learned the value of hard work, passion, and integrity at an early age. After years of practicing as a commercial litigator in “Big Law,” she now uses her litigation skills to help businesses by taking the time to understand their industry and their needs and identifying areas to mitigate risk and minimize liability. By leveraging technology and working collaboratively with her businesses’ accountants, key employees and corporate officers, Suarez is able to act as effective and efficient general counsel to several corporations. Her clients represent a wide array of industries, including e-commerce, technology, retail, property development companies, CBD, engineering, the medical and professional services industry, construction, and more. Suarez is actively engaged with the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar, serving in executive roles, and has been published in several media outlets, including the Daily Business Review.
