With Pride parades and festivals being postponed across the world to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus, locales across Florida are finding ways to commemorate Pride Month in unique ways. The Harborwood Urban Kitchen & Bar, nestled on the ground floor of the new and ultra-chic Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale, is commemorating its debut with a delightful cocktail in celebration of Pride Month. The ‘Can’t Even Think Straight’ cocktail will be available to enjoy through June, with 20 percent of the proceeds from the drink’s sales benefitting Pride Fort Lauderdale, a local nonprofit organization and the state’s oldest Pride celebration. The hotel will also be illuminated in signature rainbow colors to honor the month.

1/2 oz. Stoli vodka infused with green and yellow skittles
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 dashes of bitters
1/2 oz. egg white
