Dreaming up our perfect casual night out, we’d probably describe the scene at Funky Buddha. Craft beer, board games and food trucks are the main attractions at the 20,000-square-foot brewery, which calls itself the largest in South Florida. The menu features seven signature, year-round beers, as well as several seasonal, special release and brewery exclusives. From a peanut butter cup brown ale and fruity hefeweizens to a pineapple IPA and a chocolate porter, we can’t help but salivate as we browse the long list of brews.
The facility also has two cornhole courts, lifesize Jenga, a projection screen and a foosball table. The brewery has been open since June of last year, but the original Funky Buddha Lounge in Boca Raton opened in 2010.
