Fresco

We admit it – we’ll make almost any excuse to visit the St. Regis Bal Harbour. But the hotel’s newly redesigned Fresco offers a pretty darn good excuse. The beach bar and grill offers dining with a view – sit outdoors at the restaurant’s tables, or dine right on the beach or at the hotel’s infinity pools from one of the St. Regis lounge chairs. We love the restaurant’s selection of fresh Amalfi-coast-inspired apps, salads and entrees, created under the guidance of Chef Tom Parlo. Fresco’s dishes feature the freshest seasonal ingredients from top local suppliers. Highlights include the Grand Plateau Fruits de Mer – a chilled seasonal seafood platter selection which includes oysters, giant prawns, seasonal crab and clams – and signature entrees like the Market Fish Sandwich, served with the grilled catch of the day, pineapple slaw, crispy shallot, 
lettuce, tomato and lime cilantro sauce.
