The trendy gastro-pub on Las Olas Boulevard recently refashioned its menu, adding an upscale twist to its homemade, American comfort foods.
The bar and restaurant added new appetizers like the sweet and decadent Ol’ Fashioned Chicken and Waffles, all white-meat chicken strips lightly dredged in a vanilla bean waffle batter, flash fried to a golden crunch, covered in maple syrup and sweetened with mascarpone cheese – told you they were decadent. For a juicy and flavorful entrée try the Miami “Heater” Burger, a blend of chuck, brisket and short ribs stuffed with Boursin cheese and wrapped with jalapeno bacon piled high with onions and shiitake mushrooms on an onion bun.
If just a drink is in order, try one of the specialty cocktails like the light and refreshing Cucumber Fizz, or choose from their menu of more than 40 craft beers.
