What many don’t realize about synchronized swimming: People sometimes get so caught up in the glamour and grace of synchronized swimming that they overlook the amount of strength and endurance required to pull off such an effortless routine. We are also not supposed to touch the floor or walls during competition, so every lift and throw is all teamwork and many hours of practice.
