Dr. Douglas E. Weiner became a physician in order to heal others. In his nearly 30 years of practice, he has seen medicine evolve into a volumedriven process that is more about the number of patients seen and less on the quality of medicine delivered. He has been fortunate enough to partner with MDVIP, which will allow him to practice personalized healthcare in a concierge-like environment in order to optimize health, wellness, and prevention. As a board-certified internist and pulmonologist, who has been trained at some of the most prestigious medical institutions in this country, Dr. Weiner is able to provide medicine at the highest level as well as provide expert care in respiratory illnesses. He has a particular interest in ASTHMA as well as COPD and is also amenable to integrating complementary and alternative strategies to improve health.
